Amazon Brand Manager

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce brand in the sustainable consumer goods space. Our client is seeking an experienced Amazon Brand Manager to join their remote team. This role offers the opportunity to work directly with leadership on a growing portfolio of products sold across multiple international marketplaces.

The position is fully remote and based in Poland. You'll be responsible for end-to-end management of the Amazon channel, driving sales growth, launching new products, and optimizing marketplace performance across multiple countries.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed sales targets for the Amazon business consistently
• Manage Amazon store operations end-to-end, including ranking optimization, conversion improvement, and sales growth
• Launch new products: conduct keyword research, prepare listings, configure backend settings, and generate reviews
• Monitor operational health, sales metrics, and advertising trends to ensure targets are met
• Create daily, weekly, and monthly reports on operations and provide performance enhancement recommendations
• Resolve issues through seller support case management and follow-up
• Analyze ASIN rankings, ratings, customer feedback, and sales performance to identify top and bottom-performing SKUs
• Stay current with e-commerce best practices, marketplace updates, and emerging trends
• Support inventory management strategy and forecasting efforts
• Manage catalog and product detail pages, including new item setup and content updates
• Conduct A/B tests to improve product metrics
• Research competitor strategies and identify marketplace opportunities and threats

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of hands-on experience working on Amazon, preferably as a brand manager
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent English proficiency
• Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of initiatives
• Commitment and focus, with flexibility to check email outside standard hours when processes require it
• Strong analytical skills and comfort with data-driven decision making
• Experience with multi-marketplace Amazon operations is a plus
