Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential men's skincare brand seeking male UGC creators aged 40+ for authentic video content production.
In this freelance, project-based role, you will:
- Independently produce scripted UGC videos including supporting B-roll footage at your home location
- Present and demonstrate skincare products in an authentic, relatable manner on camera
- Showcase grooming routines and everyday situations related to men's skincare and anti-aging
- Follow provided scripts while maintaining natural delivery without traditional advertising feel
- Deliver raw footage only—our client handles all editing and post-production
- Grant permission for Partnership Ads through your Instagram profile (content will not appear on your feed, only as paid advertising)
What We're Looking For
- Male creator authentically representing the 40+ demographic
- Well-groomed, vital appearance that resonates with the target audience
- Proven experience creating UGC content
- Active Instagram account with willingness to enable Partnership Ads
- Natural, confident presence on camera
- Excellent German language skills with clear, natural speaking ability
- Quality smartphone camera and clean audio recording capability
- Strong understanding of lighting, composition, and camera angles
- Self-directed and reliable work approach
How We Work With You

This is a completely remote, flexible schedule arrangement. Scripts will be provided as your production foundation, with room for adjustments to maintain authenticity. Products are supplied at no cost for content creation. No video editing required on your part. Additional compensation of €100 per 30-day usage period applies for Partnership Ad permissions, which is a requirement for this engagement. Opportunity exists for ongoing assignments and long-term collaboration.
