Specialist, Deal Management

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Specialist, Deal Management to join their Sales Operations team in London. Our client is a global payments technology company experiencing significant growth, and this role will be instrumental in supporting their commercial expansion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys cross-functional collaboration. You'll work closely with Sales, Legal, Risk, Onboarding, and Finance teams to streamline processes and enhance the customer experience throughout the deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Support and adapt execution of new processes with a focus on pace and customer experience
• Provide proactive support and guidance to sales teams and clients throughout the onboarding process
• Respond to inbound requests from Sales regarding onboarding and existing client profile reviews
• Ensure accuracy and currency of documentation related to deal structures and contracts
• Create and review customer agreements and contracts
• Build and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders across Sales, Customer Onboarding, and Legal teams
• Manage multiple internal stakeholders while delivering exceptional service
• Support onboarding of new colleagues
• Lead process improvement projects to build scalable operations

• Superb communication skills and ability to interact with senior stakeholders across disciplines
• Humble, hungry to learn, and driven to exceed expectations
• Familiarity with payment processing industry and regulations is a plus
• Experience using Salesforce is a plus

Pay
