(Senior) Projekt- und Prozessmanager Customer Activation (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

Our talent team is representing a confidential telecommunications infrastructure organization seeking a Senior Project and Process Manager for Customer Activation. In this role, you will collaborate with network engineering teams and product management to build lean, efficient processes that support fiber optic customer activations across the region.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Designing and implementing scalable processes for customer activation workflows in partnership with engineering and product teams
• Serving as demand manager for IT, prioritizing requirements for ticketing and field service systems aligned with business objectives
• Preparing analytical reports and performance dashboards on customer activations for senior leadership
• Ensuring a scalable partner ecosystem by working with procurement and partner management teams
• Supporting tender processes for onboarding new service partners

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate brings deep expertise in fiber optic infrastructure and customer provisioning:

• Proven professional experience in fiber optic network deployment, specifically in customer activation and troubleshooting
• University degree in a technical or business discipline, or vocational training in telecommunications (fixed-line networks)
• Multi-year experience with infrastructure projects or comparable FTTX rollouts
• Several years of hands-on experience in end-customer activation and provisioning
• Demonstrated success managing and coordinating telecommunications projects with strong project management credentials
• Quick learner with excellent communication skills
• Fluent German and English language proficiency required
