About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Strategist, Agent Development (Flemish speaking) based in London. Our talent team is working directly with this client to identify exceptional candidates who can drive enterprise AI implementations from concept through production deployment.

In this role, you will own the complete lifecycle of AI agent development for enterprise customers—translating complex business challenges into conversational AI solutions that handle thousands of daily interactions. You'll work at the intersection of product strategy and customer success, partnering with executive stakeholders while maintaining hands-on involvement in agent design, evaluation, and continuous optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead AI agent implementations from initial scoping through conversation design, tooling integration, evaluation frameworks, launch, and ongoing production iteration
• Serve as strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, understanding business objectives and shaping AI strategies that deliver measurable outcomes
• Facilitate working sessions with customer teams, troubleshoot agent performance issues, and drive projects toward successful launches
• Design and refine conversation flows for complex, high-stakes customer interactions across industries such as telecommunications, commerce, and financial services
• Define quality metrics and evaluation criteria for new agents, then drive continuous improvement using data-driven insights
• Collaborate with product teams to surface customer needs and influence platform development roadmaps
• Manage multiple concurrent enterprise projects while maintaining quality standards and delivery timelines

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Fluency in Flemish and English, with excellent communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Demonstrated customer obsession with genuine energy for understanding enterprise business needs and building trusted relationships within complex organizations
• Strong strategic problem-solving abilities with analytical and critical-thinking skills to navigate ambiguity and adapt quickly
• Technical aptitude including comfort with API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering trade-off discussions
• Proven track record of owning and delivering multiple complex, high-visibility projects simultaneously
• Clear, direct, and persuasive communication style that builds credibility with executives and working teams alike

Preferred qualifications:

• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production environments, with familiarity in evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, or prompt engineering
• Founder, founding team member, or operator experience demonstrating ability to balance craft, ownership, and speed
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; MBA or comparable experience at the intersection of technology and business is a plus
• Experience working closely with technical counterparts on AI implementations

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £150,000 – £245,000 plus equity participation.
