Strategist, Agent Development (Swedish speaking)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI technology organization seeking a Strategist, Agent Development (Swedish speaking) based in London. Our client is building advanced conversational AI platforms for enterprise customers across telecommunications, financial services, commerce, and other sectors.

In this role, you will own the complete lifecycle of AI agent development—from initial scoping and conversation design through production deployment and ongoing optimization. You'll work directly with enterprise clients to transform their business challenges into AI-powered solutions that handle thousands of customer interactions daily.

Responsibilities

• Own the agent development lifecycle from pilot through production, translating business goals into measurable AI solutions
• Serve as strategic advisor to enterprise leaders, shaping AI strategies that drive business outcomes
• Design and refine conversation flows, tooling, and evaluation frameworks for production agents
• Partner with customer working teams day-to-day, running sessions and troubleshooting agents as issues arise
• Launch agents for complex use cases: subscription retention, device troubleshooting, regulated financial services interactions, and personalized recommendations
• Define quality metrics and evaluation standards, driving week-over-week performance improvements
• Surface customer needs and feed insights back to product and research teams
• Manage multiple high-visibility projects simultaneously, maintaining craft and speed

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Fluency in Swedish and English
• Customer obsession: genuine energy working directly with enterprise clients and building trusted relationships
• Strong communication skills across technical and non-technical audiences
• Strategic problem-solving ability in ambiguous, fast-moving environments
• Technical aptitude: comfortable with API documentation, data models, system architecture, and engineering discussions
• Track record delivering multiple complex, high-visibility projects to successful outcomes

Preferred:

• Hands-on experience building or deploying AI/LLM agents in production environments
• Familiarity with evaluation frameworks, agent tooling, RAG, or prompt engineering
• Founder, founding team, or operator experience balancing craft, ownership, and velocity
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related technical field, or equivalent practical experience; MBA or comparable business-technology experience is a plus
