Senior Product Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential fintech organization seeking a Senior Product Designer to join their London team. Our client operates at significant scale in the digital payments space, and this role sits within a team responsible for merchant-facing dashboard experiences and foundational design systems work.

This is a hands-on position with genuine ownership over complex B2B product experiences. You'll be shaping how payment data is visualized, understood, and acted upon while building reusable patterns that serve multiple product teams. The role offers established foundations to build from and the opportunity to influence mobile-first and AI-assisted product directions.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end design for complex dashboard experiences from initial concepts through to shipped product, partnering with Product and Engineering teams
• Design scalable patterns and platform foundations that enable consistent experiences across multiple product areas
• Lead design work for payment analytics, data visualization, and core transactional interfaces
• Translate complex payment information into clear, actionable user experiences
• Contribute to platform-wide AI-assisted and conversational experience development
• Help shape the evolution of mobile-first product experiences
• Extend and work within established design systems to solve new product challenges

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Portfolio demonstrating shipped, complex desktop web experiences in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or regulated product environments
• Strong interaction and visual design craft across information architecture, user flows, and polished interface design
• Proven track record owning complex features end to end with clear decision-making and accountability for outcomes
• Experience partnering closely with Product and Engineering in iterative product development environments
• Active curiosity about AI with demonstrated use of AI tools in design workflow
• Confidence working with and extending established design systems and reusable pattern libraries

Preferred experience:

• Designing data-dense dashboards, charts, analytics, or data visualization experiences
• Mobile product interface design
• Merchant-facing payment products or operational tools in regulated environments
