About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential healthcare technology organization seeking a Senior Product Manager II to lead product strategy for their clinical nursing solutions. This is a strategic role where you'll shape integrated digital experiences that help nursing professionals access evidence-based knowledge and deliver better patient care.
Our client is building AI-first tools and connected platform experiences within their enterprise nursing ecosystem. You'll work at the intersection of healthcare workflows, modern technology, and product strategy to create seamless experiences across multiple integrated solutions.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with senior product leadership on strategic vision informed by customer research, product analytics, and market insights
- Create and execute roadmaps that deliver cohesive, intuitive experiences across multiple nursing products in partnership with other product managers
- Define platform capabilities including navigation, discoverability, personalization, administration, reporting, and overall usability improvements
- Prototype and validate cross-product concepts using customer feedback, AI-assisted tools, and iterative experimentation
- Partner with engineering and platform teams to define architecture including APIs, authentication, shared services, and modular interfaces
- Lead AI-first, spec-driven product development by translating customer needs and workflows into clear product specifications
- Work closely with engineering, UX, and AI development teams to refine specifications and validate assumptions through rapid experimentation
- Serve as advocate for nursing customers, ensuring product decisions reflect real-world clinical workflows
- Use customer insights, analytics, and market trends to prioritize investments and guide roadmap decisions
- Partner with UX, engineering, clinical, commercial, and content teams to deliver scalable experiences that meet customer needs and regulatory requirements
- Define success metrics and evaluate ecosystem performance to improve adoption, engagement, and satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- 10+ years delivering customer-facing SaaS or enterprise software products, with 8+ years in product management including ownership of complex cross-functional initiatives
- Experience building or managing platform products, integrated product experiences, or enterprise software ecosystems
- Strategic thinking ability across multiple products while balancing customer needs, technical considerations, and business priorities
- Strong technical acumen including experience with APIs, integrations, authentication, and modern application architectures
- Exceptional customer discovery and user research skills with passion for understanding workflows and translating insights into strategy
- Proven ability to influence cross-functional teams and build alignment across multiple product organizations
- Strong analytical skills with experience using product metrics and customer insights to drive decisions
- Understanding of healthcare technology, clinical workflows, learning platforms, or education technology strongly preferred
- Experience with AI-assisted software development environments and structured specifications is a plus
- Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Computer Science or Engineering strongly preferred
