About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing digital marketing consultancy based in Düsseldorf that specializes in customer relationship management and email campaigns for e-commerce clients across German-speaking markets. Our client works with over 150 online retail brands and is expanding their project management team to handle increasing demand.

As a CRM & Email Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as the operational bridge between strategy, clients, and execution. You'll ensure campaigns launch quickly, cleanly, and efficiently—without friction. This role is ideal if you have agency experience and understand the importance of speed, structure, and clean processes in client service.

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day marketing tasks and campaigns independently, handling technical implementation from briefing through deployment
• Manage daily ticketing workflows—capturing, processing, and tracking all incoming tasks and client requests with structured systems
• Deliver exceptional client communication speed, providing initial responses or status updates within 30–60 minutes of inquiry receipt
• Coordinate cross-functional collaboration with internal creative and copywriting teams using project management platforms
• Create detailed briefings, establish clear deadlines, and ensure alignment across all stakeholders
• Oversee quality assurance processes, managing revision cycles through to final approval
• Troubleshoot technical or organizational obstacles quickly and pragmatically during live operations
• Take ownership of reliable execution and strict deadline adherence while maintaining technical accuracy and error-free delivery

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management within marketing or agency environments
• Highly structured, organized, and proactive working style with exceptional attention to detail
• Proven ability to manage multiple parallel tasks and client tickets efficiently under time pressure
• Solution-oriented mindset with solid technical aptitude for marketing automation platforms
• Clear, precise, and rapid communication skills in both written and verbal German
• Experience with project management tools (ClickUp or similar platforms preferred)
• Understanding of CRM systems, email marketing platforms, and e-commerce workflows
• Location: Düsseldorf—office-based position with modern workspace in Pempelfort district, excellent public transport connections
