Online Marketing Manager (m/w/d)

About This Role

We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency based in Düsseldorf. Our client works with over 150 e-commerce clients across the DACH region, building high-performance email and CRM campaigns that drive measurable revenue. This is a full-time, on-site position where you'll own the entire creative process from concept through execution.

As an Online Marketing Manager, you'll design and deploy campaigns at high velocity, creating the complete package: copywriting, visual design, and image composition. You'll see the direct impact of your work through client revenue metrics, often within 24 hours of launch.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy marketing campaigns in Figma with rapid turnaround
• Build visual assets using stock photography, AI image generation through prompting, and photo compositing
• Own both copywriting and design for each campaign—the full creative execution is yours
• Work on-site full-time with the team in Düsseldorf
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and feedback
