Marketing Manager, Gestaltung & Umsetzung (m/w/d)

About the Role

We are representing a confidential digital marketing consultancy based in Düsseldorf. Our client works with e-commerce brands across the DACH region, delivering performance-driven campaigns that generate measurable revenue impact within 24 hours.

As Marketing Manager for Design & Execution, you will own the complete creative process—from concept to deployment. You'll build high-frequency campaigns in Figma, craft compelling copy, and develop visual worlds using stock imagery, AI-generated assets, and compositing techniques. This is a hands-on role where your work directly influences client sales, with results visible the very next day.

Responsibilities

• Design and deploy marketing campaigns in Figma at high velocity
• Create complete visual identities using stock photography, AI image generation through prompting, and digital compositing
• Write persuasive copy that aligns with design execution—you control the entire creative output
• Deliver finished campaigns from initial concept through final send
• Iterate quickly based on performance data and team feedback
• Work collaboratively on-site with the full team in Düsseldorf
