Projektmanager E-Commerce (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading digital marketing agency that specializes in e-commerce email campaigns for online retail clients throughout the DACH region. Our client works with over 150 online shops and is experiencing continued growth. Due to increasing demand, we are seeking an experienced E-Commerce Project Manager to join their team in Düsseldorf.

This role serves as the central operational link between strategy, clients, and execution. You will ensure that marketing campaigns are delivered quickly, cleanly, and efficiently with minimal friction. This position is ideal for someone with agency experience who understands the importance of speed, structure, and streamlined processes.

Responsibilities

• Execute and technically implement marketing tasks and campaigns as part of daily operations
• Manage daily ticketing system: capture, process, and track all incoming tasks and client requests in a structured manner
• Provide rapid client communication with extremely short response times (first response within 30-60 minutes)
• Coordinate collaboration with internal teams (design, copywriting) by creating briefings, setting clear deadlines, and utilizing project management tools such as ClickUp
• Oversee quality assurance by initiating, coordinating, and tracking revision cycles through to final approval
• Solve technical and organizational challenges quickly and pragmatically during ongoing operations
• Ensure reliable operational execution and strict adherence to all deadlines while maintaining technically sound, error-free processes

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management and marketing
• Highly structured, extremely organized, and proactive working style
• Proven reliability in managing multiple parallel tasks and tickets efficiently
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong technical understanding
• Clear, precise, and fast communication skills in both written and verbal formats
• Fluency in German is required for this role
• Agency experience preferred
