We are representing a leading digital marketing agency in the DACH region, specializing in sophisticated email marketing strategies for e-commerce clients. Our client works with over 150 online retailers, driving measurable revenue growth through data-driven campaigns.

As demand continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced Email Marketing Project Manager (m/w/d) to join their team in Düsseldorf. You will serve as the critical operational link between strategy, clients, and execution, ensuring campaigns are delivered quickly, accurately, and efficiently.

This role is ideal if you have agency experience and understand the importance of speed, structure, and flawless processes in client service.

Responsibilities

• Execute and technically implement marketing tasks and campaigns independently in day-to-day operations
• Manage structured ticketing systems: capture, process, and track all incoming tasks and client requests
• Maintain extremely short response times for client communication, providing initial feedback or interim responses within 30-60 minutes
• Coordinate collaboration with internal teams (design, copywriting) by creating clear briefs, setting deadlines, and managing workflows through project management tools like ClickUp
• Oversee quality assurance by initiating, coordinating, and following through on revision cycles until final approval
• Solve technical and organizational challenges quickly and pragmatically during live operations
• Ensure reliable operational delivery and strict adherence to all deadlines while maintaining technical accuracy and error-free execution

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience in project management and marketing
• Highly structured, extremely organized, and proactive working style
• Proven ability to reliably manage multiple parallel tasks and tickets efficiently
• Solution-oriented mindset with strong technical understanding
• Clear, precise, and fast communication skills, both written and verbal
• Fluency in German is required for client-facing responsibilities
• Experience in email marketing or e-commerce environments is highly advantageous
