People & Transformation Team: Compliance Intern

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential media technology organization seeking a Summer Compliance Intern to join their People & Transformation function. This 10-week remote internship offers undergraduate and graduate students the chance to contribute to employee experience initiatives, compliance programs, and transformation projects that impact thousands of team members.

You'll work alongside experienced professionals on real business challenges—from case management and analytics to end-to-end project coordination—while developing skills that bridge human resources, compliance, and strategic transformation.

Responsibilities

During your internship, you may:

• Collaborate across departments to address business challenges and support compliance initiatives
• Evaluate internal communications strategies and recommend improvements
• Manage projects from initiation through completion, including financial tracking and reporting
• Maintain project trackers and coordinate follow-up activities in cross-functional teams
• Research unfamiliar topics, synthesize information from multiple sources, and identify trends or gaps
• Prepare data analyses and reports using visualization tools
• Handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion

What We're Looking For

• Current undergraduate or master's student in Organization Management, Human Resources, Project Management, Analytics, Legal Studies, Public Policy, Risk Management, Consulting, or related field
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications
• Experience with data visualization or reporting tools
• Comfort working with data and AI tools, including quality checking and basic analysis
• Strong research skills with ability to evaluate multiple sources and summarize findings
• Professional communication skills and confidence to ask questions and share recommendations
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple assignments
• Curiosity, adaptability, accountability, and eagerness to learn
• Proactive approach with commitment to high-quality work
• Sound judgment when handling confidential or privileged information
• Full U.S. work authorization (no visa sponsorship available)

Program Details

Duration: 10-week remote internship (work from anywhere in the United States)

Start Dates: June 7, 2027 or June 14, 2027 (ending August 13 or August 20, 2027)

Work Arrangement: Fully remote

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $20 - $28 per hour (undergraduate rate: $20/hour; graduate rate: $28/hour)
