Customer Enablement Manager

About This Opportunity

Our client, a well-established SaaS organization, is seeking a Customer Enablement Manager to join their scaled customer success team. This is a remote opportunity based in the USA, working with a company that is redefining how teams collaborate and learn together.

We are representing a confidential technology company that is committed to helping customers realize maximum value through education, digital programs, and personalized learning experiences delivered at scale. This role reports to the Director of Customer Success and plays a pivotal part in making customer education more accessible and impactful.

Responsibilities

In this role, you will bring customer enablement strategy to life by:

• Executing scalable education initiatives across multiple formats including self-guided courses, live sessions, cohort-based programs, and peer-led learning experiences
• Designing outcome-based learning journeys and adaptive paths tailored to specific roles, use cases, and adoption milestones
• Developing and maintaining high-quality reusable content such as courses, guides, videos, templates, and interactive simulations
• Partnering cross-functionally with Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align education with product launches and identify gaps in the learning experience
• Delivering internal enablement to Customer Success teams globally to ensure consistency in customer journey execution and outcomes
• Tracking and measuring learning engagement, proficiency, and product adoption metrics to continuously improve program effectiveness
• Translating customer needs and product capabilities into clear, actionable learning materials that reduce time-to-value and increase product confidence

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidate will bring:

• 3+ years of experience in customer education, instructional design, or scaled Customer Success, ideally within B2B SaaS environments
• Proven ability to design modern learning experiences using microlearning, scenario-based training, and social learning principles
• Strong content creation skills with the ability to simplify complex product workflows into actionable, accessible learning assets
• A data-informed mindset with comfort using product analytics and learning metrics to drive program improvements
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration and program management skills, thriving in fast-paced environments
• Familiarity with collaboration platforms, visual work tools, and design thinking principles
• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), digital adoption platforms, and AI-enabled learning tools
• Background in designing customer academies, community-led learning initiatives, or cohort-based programs
