FBS Product Analyst Customer Retention

We are representing a confidential insurance organization seeking an FBS Product Analyst focused on Customer Retention. This role supports data-driven retention initiatives and delivers analytical insights to leadership. Responsibilities

• Obtain and evaluate data that supports customer retention initiatives across multiple product lines
• Analyze customer behavior, retention metrics, and churn patterns to identify improvement opportunities
• Support retention leadership by creating comprehensive monthly retention reports and dashboards
• Conduct market research into industry trends, target customer segments, and competitive positioning
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable retention strategies
• Follow agile development processes to test and iterate on retention initiatives
• Develop prototypes and minimum viable products based on customer feedback
• Communicate project status, timelines, and recommendations to stakeholders
• Monitor and report on the performance of retention programs and recommend optimizations

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Analytics or related quantitative field
• 3 to 6 years of professional experience in analytics or product roles
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Direct experience with customer retention processes and methodologies
• Background in insurance companies strongly preferred, particularly property and casualty
• Intermediate proficiency with Power BI (4-6 years experience)
• Intermediate proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint (4-6 years experience)
• Strong understanding of data analytics and customer experience principles
• Knowledge of product composition, coverages, rating methodology, and underwriting concepts
• Project management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
