(Senior) Recruiter (m/f/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential mobility-technology organization seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter to join their Global Business Talent Acquisition team on a 15-month fixed-term contract (maternity cover). This role will support corporate and business hiring across Germany headquarters and broader European markets.

Based in Munich with a hybrid working model, you'll take ownership of end-to-end recruitment for diverse business functions, partnering with senior stakeholders to shape hiring strategies and build sustainable talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for corporate and business roles across Germany and Europe, spanning multiple functions and seniority levels
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders as a trusted advisor, defining sourcing strategies and assessment approaches
• Proactively source and engage diverse talent through creative, data-driven methods across multiple channels
• Lead structured interviews independently, ensuring consistent and high-quality candidate selection
• Leverage recruitment KPIs and ATS reporting (Greenhouse experience valued) to drive data-informed decisions
• Deliver exceptional candidate experience while strengthening employer brand throughout the hiring journey
• Contribute to cross-functional Talent Acquisition projects focused on process improvement and scalability

What We're Looking For

• 4+ years of full-cycle in-house recruiting experience, ideally in fast-paced international environments
• Proven track record hiring business and corporate roles across multiple functions (finance, HR, marketing, sales, operations) and seniority levels
• Strong stakeholder management and offer negotiation skills, with ability to partner effectively with senior leadership
• Resilient and agile mindset, comfortable navigating ambiguity and rapidly changing priorities while maintaining quality
• Demonstrated active sourcing expertise with ability to build and maintain sustainable talent pipelines
• Confident using data and recruitment metrics to inform decisions and drive continuous improvement
• Fluent English required; German language skills are a strong advantage
