About This Opportunity

We are representing a growing German IT services organization that specializes in cloud computing and AI solutions. Our client is seeking a Senior Microsoft AI & Copilot Engineer to join their technical team in Nuremberg, with additional opportunities available in Hamburg, Münster, Berlin, Mainz, or Bochum.

This role offers the chance to work at the forefront of enterprise AI implementation, helping organizations leverage Microsoft's AI ecosystem to transform their business processes. You'll architect and deliver intelligent solutions while ensuring governance, security, and compliance standards are met.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement intelligent AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot, Azure AI, and sovereign AI technologies
• Build automation and assistance solutions with Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Microsoft Graph
• Create and evolve AI agents, knowledge platforms, and intelligent automation workflows
• Develop and implement AI governance policies that address regulatory and legal requirements
• Build sovereign AI solutions using modern automation platforms and orchestration tools such as n8n
• Integrate Microsoft 365, Microsoft Graph, and Microsoft AI Services into existing business processes and application landscapes
• Provide technical leadership for AI projects from requirements analysis through workshops and proof of concepts to production deployment
• Own architecture for AI solutions with focus on scalability, security, compliance, and sustainable operations
• Collaborate closely with clients, business units, and project teams to successfully execute AI and automation strategies

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Degree in Computer Science, comparable training, or several years of professional experience
• Multiple years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot or Azure AI
• Strong knowledge of Python, REST APIs, and Microsoft Graph
• Genuine interest in modern AI technologies and innovation
• Flexibility and service-oriented mindset
• Team player with enthusiasm for new technologies
• German language proficiency for client interaction

Ideal Microsoft Certifications:

• AI-102 – Designing and Implementing a Microsoft Azure AI Solution
• AI-900 – Microsoft Azure AI Fundamentals
• MS-900 – Microsoft 365 Fundamentals
• DP-600 – Implementing Analytics Solutions Using Microsoft Fabric (desirable)
• PL-300 – Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst (desirable)
