Service Center Liaison

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential veterinary health organization seeking experienced Service Center Liaisons to join their remote call center team across the United States. This is a full-time evening shift position supporting animal hospitals and their clients nationwide.

Our client provides specialized veterinary care through multiple locations, and this role is critical to maintaining exceptional service standards for both pet owners and referring veterinary practices.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls with clients and referring veterinarians, delivering superior customer service
• Serve as the primary point of contact for hospital locations, ensuring all client and veterinarian needs are addressed professionally and empathetically
• Act as frontline support for emergency calls, maintaining calm and compassionate communication during critical situations
• Schedule client appointments with accuracy and efficiency
• Interpret organizational protocols to provide effective solutions for inquiries from clients and referring veterinarians
• Manage high call volume of up to 60 calls per shift while maintaining quality standards

What We're Looking For

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Minimum 2 years of veterinary client care or veterinary technician experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook for routine tasks including email and document preparation
• Availability to work evening shifts within a 24/7/365 service center environment
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding service in high-volume call center settings
• Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to handle emotionally charged situations and critical patient scenarios
• History of exceeding productivity and quality goals
• Strong written and oral communication skills
• Solid judgment and problem-solving abilities
• Team-oriented mindset

Pay

Starting compensation for this position ranges between $17 - $20 per hour based on experience.
