Organic Growth Content Marketer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-scaling technology company in Berlin that is redefining user acquisition through innovative reward-based engagement models. Our client operates one of Europe's fastest-growing platforms and works with major global advertisers.

We're seeking an Organic Growth Content Marketer to build and scale their organic acquisition engine across SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO. This is a hands-on, cross-functional growth role for someone who combines exceptional writing skills with technical execution and analytical rigor.

Responsibilities

• Write, edit, and publish high-quality content at scale including articles, guides, landing page copy, and app store listings
• Execute technical SEO optimizations: on-page improvements, content refreshes, internal linking strategies, and ASO updates
• Create and optimize content based on search intent, ranking opportunities, and conversion potential
• Concept new landing pages and improve existing ones with attention to structure, copy, CTAs, and full-funnel performance
• Shape strategic decisions around brand narrative and organic presence across search, AI-generated answers, and app stores
• Identify opportunities in rankings, citations, and funnel data, then build solutions independently
• Build scalable content workflows using AI tools and automation alongside the growth team

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience in SEO, content marketing, or organic growth with a portfolio of published work
• Exceptional writing and editing skills in English—fast, versatile, and publication-ready across formats
• Generalist understanding of how SEO, GEO, ASO, and CRO work together, with ability to execute in each discipline
• Analytical mindset: you use data to guide content decisions and measure performance rigorously
• Proven experience growing organic traffic and conversion-driven signups through content and landing pages
• Comfort working with AI tools and modern growth automation
• Collaborative working style with strong ability to incorporate feedback and deliver completed work

Preferred Experience With:

• SEO tools: Ahrefs, Semrush
• Analytics: GA4, Google Search Console
• ASO tools: AppTweak or similar
• Headless CMS platforms: Strapi, WordPress, or equivalent
• AI writing and research tools: Claude, ChatGPT, etc.
• Build and automation tools: Cursor, Lovable, Antigravity, Railway, or similar

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: €60,000–€70,000 annually
