About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential PropTech client in their search for a Sales Development Representative based in Munich. This is a hybrid role with three fixed office days per week.

Our client is building digital infrastructure for the next generation of parking and real estate management, operating across Europe with significant growth momentum. As their Sales Development Representative, you'll be a key driver of that growth—identifying relevant accounts, reaching decision-makers, and developing qualified opportunities for the Account Executive team.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage your own pipeline by identifying relevant accounts, prioritizing targets, and systematically developing opportunities
  • Reach potential customers through phone, email, and LinkedIn with compelling, personalized messaging that creates a clear reason for the next conversation
  • Develop account understanding by researching companies, business models, and decision-maker challenges to tailor your outreach effectively
  • Conduct discovery conversations, ask the right questions, and identify where the client's solution delivers real value
  • Qualify opportunities and hand off qualified leads to Account Executives with strong context and documentation
  • Analyze your results, seek feedback, and continuously refine your approach based on learnings from every conversation
  • Test new approaches, research deeper, and actively look for ways to improve your performance and exceed targets
  • Drive measurable growth through new customer acquisition—your contribution will be visible and trackable

Pay

Compensation details will be discussed during the screening process and are structured as an attractive OTE model combining base salary with performance-based monthly bonuses.
