Senior Product Manager (Giftcard)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential e-commerce client in their search for a Senior Product Manager to own and scale their Gift Cards vertical across multiple European markets. This is a high-impact, entrepreneurial role where you'll drive strategy, revenue growth, and commercial partnerships for one of the fastest-growing parts of their alternative offers portfolio.

Our client operates at significant scale across 20+ markets, and this role offers genuine ownership of a business line experiencing triple-digit year-over-year growth in key regions including France, Germany, and Spain.

Responsibilities

• Own the complete gift card product strategy and roadmap, covering provider selection, inventory quality, purchase flows, redemption experiences, and admin tooling
• Lead commercial negotiations with gift card providers on framework agreements, commission structures, SLAs, and multi-entity contracting, partnering closely with Operations, Legal, and Finance teams
• Drive revenue growth and deliver GMV and commission targets across France, Germany, and Spain, backed by rigorous transaction-level analysis and performance modeling
• Partner cross-functionally with engineering, design, data, CRM, and adjacent product teams to ship cohesive experiences across web, mobile app, and browser extension
• Build and refine analytical models including fraud-tier scoring, validate revenue data with Finance, and identify the highest-impact product bets
• Represent the vertical at the leadership level, bringing clear recommendations and trade-offs to cross-functional and executive forums
• Scale gift cards from a standalone feature into a fully integrated offer type across the platform

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in product management, with significant experience owning a product or business line end-to-end at a leading tech company or startup
• Strong entrepreneurial track record—you've built products from near-zero, made decisions with imperfect data, and taken ownership beyond your formal scope
• Commercial fluency: comfortable owning revenue targets, running vendor negotiations, and thinking in terms of margin, commission, and unit economics
• Strong analytical capabilities: fluent working with transaction and revenue data, comfortable partnering with data and finance teams on models like fraud scoring
• Proven cross-functional leadership experience leading engineering, design, and data counterparts in fast-paced, matrixed environments without direct authority
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and present confidently to senior and executive stakeholders
• Degree from a top-tier university; an MBA or further qualification from a leading program is a plus
• Fluent English required
