About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing and communications organization based in München. We're seeking a creative (Senior) Social Media Manager to craft compelling content across multiple platforms and drive meaningful engagement for both internal channels and client accounts.

This role sits at the intersection of content strategy, community building, and performance marketing. You'll develop platform-specific content for Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and YouTube while collaborating closely with creative teams to maintain consistent, engaging brand communications.

Responsibilities

• Conceive and produce content in text, image, and video formats tailored to specific platforms and target audiences
• Develop comprehensive content strategies and maintain structured editorial calendars
• Actively manage online communities, engage with followers, and analyze engagement metrics
• Evaluate campaign performance, derive optimization insights, and propose new content formats
• Collaborate with graphic design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive brand messaging
• Plan, execute, and analyze multichannel campaigns using relevant tools and platforms

What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally within an agency or project-based environment
• Strong working knowledge of TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
• Hands-on expertise in content production across text, image, and video formats
• Experience with multichannel management tools for campaign planning, execution, and analysis
• Familiarity with performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics platforms
• Excellent German and English language skills
• Senior-level candidates should demonstrate strategic thinking and the ability to mentor junior team members
