Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential marketing agency in München seeking a talented Social Media Manager to lead content creation and community engagement across multiple platforms.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and create compelling content in text, image, and video formats tailored to specific platforms and target audiences
- Build and execute content strategies with structured editorial planning and scheduling
- Manage online communities by actively engaging with followers, responding to comments, and analyzing engagement metrics
- Evaluate campaign performance, derive optimization strategies, and propose innovative content formats
- Collaborate closely with graphic design, video production, and marketing teams to ensure consistent and creative brand communication
- Plan, deploy, and analyze multichannel campaigns using specialized tools
What We're Looking For
Our ideal candidate brings:
- Proven experience in social media or content marketing, ideally in an agency or project environment
- Strong proficiency across platforms including TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and LinkedIn
- Demonstrated skills in content production across text, image, and video formats
- Experience with multichannel planning, deployment, and analytics tools
- Knowledge of performance marketing, paid advertising, and analytics platforms
- Excellent German and English language skills
- Ability to work primarily on-site in München with occasional remote flexibility
