Chief Financial Officer

We are representing a confidential technology organization that is building the next generation of intelligent applications. Our client is focused on bringing AI-native experiences to billions of users worldwide through proactive, context-aware products that require minimal user prompting.

We are seeking a Chief Financial Officer to lead financial strategy, performance management, and capital allocation across the organization and its portfolio of businesses. This is a hands-on leadership role for someone who thrives in high-growth environments and can provide clarity on financial performance while driving strategic decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Own consolidated P&L, balance sheet, cash flow management, budgeting, and financial planning for the organization
• Build and maintain financial models for existing businesses, new product launches, market expansion initiatives, and investment opportunities
• Analyze and report on revenue performance, cost structures, margins, unit economics, and cash requirements across business units
• Drive capital allocation decisions based on business performance metrics and expected returns
• Oversee treasury operations, tax planning, audit processes, internal controls, and financial reporting across multiple entities
• Lead financing activities, investments, acquisitions, and other strategic transactions as needed
• Build scalable finance systems, processes, and teams to support growth across additional businesses and markets

What We're Looking For

• Senior-level finance experience in technology, fintech, internet, or other high-growth business environments
• Strong background across corporate finance, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and business finance functions
• Deep expertise in P&L management, cash flow analysis, unit economics, and capital allocation frameworks
• Ability to personally build and rigorously challenge financial models and assumptions
• Experience operating across multiple business units, legal entities, or international markets
• Hands-on operating style with willingness to work directly through models, forecasts, and complex financial challenges
• Strategic thinker who can translate financial insights into actionable business recommendations
