Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential professional services organization in München that is seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support front desk and office operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Greeting and hosting visitors for internal and external meetings
• Preparing and maintaining conference rooms and visitor areas
• Providing refreshments and catering support for meetings
• Supporting internal events and company gatherings
• Ordering office supplies, beverages, and hospitality materials
• Assisting with coordination of external service providers for office management
• Supporting travel bookings, rebookings, cancellations, and travel expense processing
• General organizational tasks and day-to-day operational support

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience at a reception desk or in hospitality is desirable; experience in a professional office environment is a plus
• Independent, careful, and reliable working style with strong service orientation
• Friendly, professional, and dependable demeanor
• Very good German language skills and good English skills, both written and spoken
• Confident user of MS Office applications
• Currently enrolled as a student (Werkstudent status)
