Responsibilities
We are representing a confidential consumer wellness organization seeking a senior partnerships professional to drive growth across German-speaking markets. In this role, you will:
- Identify and acquire high-performance commission-based partners, including affiliate and influencer partnerships across multiple platforms, leading complex contract negotiations and ensuring precise campaign briefings
- Manage cross-channel collaborations end-to-end while serving as a mentor and technical point of contact for team members on operational execution
- Strategically expand the existing network, cultivating long-term key relationships and developing innovative approaches to increase brand loyalty
- Own monitoring and in-depth analysis of relevant KPIs, deriving data-driven recommendations to optimize budgets and make independent strategic decisions about continuing or scaling partnerships
- Drive channel growth actively with your expertise and hands-on mentality, bringing fresh, innovative input to the global marketing strategy
What We're Looking For
- 2-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing and influencer marketing, ideally within direct-to-consumer, beauty, or lifestyle sectors
- Completed university degree or comparable qualification in marketing, communications, or business
- Fluent German and English; Dutch language skills are a plus
- Genuine passion for beauty topics and active personal use of social media platforms
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to maintain oversight of parallel multi-market campaigns
- Excellent communication abilities, negotiation skills, and a proactive hands-on approach
