Role Overview

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the complete sales cycle for enterprise and mid-market clients, from initial prospecting through deal closure and relationship management. Working remotely, you'll identify high-value opportunities, understand what matters most to each prospect, and deliver tailored solutions that solve real business problems. Your work directly influences Xplor's growth trajectory while building the kind of client relationships that create long-term value.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and relationship building
  • Conduct discovery conversations that uncover client challenges and align solutions to their priorities
  • Create compelling proposals and present value propositions that resonate with decision-makers
  • Navigate complex sales conversations, negotiate terms, and close deals within target timeframes
  • Manage an active pipeline using CRM tools and deliver accurate forecasting and activity reporting
  • Partner cross-functionally with product, customer success, and operations teams to ensure clients thrive
  • Develop account strategies that maximize retention and identify opportunities for expansion revenue

Skills & Qualifications

  • Demonstrated success selling to enterprise or mid-market clients in previous Account Executive or similar sales roles
  • Excellent communication, listening, and persuasion skills with the ability to influence senior executives
  • Strong organizational abilities and comfort managing multiple priorities in a remote work environment
  • Proficiency with CRM platforms, sales tools, and standard business software
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience demonstrating success in complex sales cycles
  • Self-directed work style with motivation to consistently exceed sales targets
