Account Executive

Xplor is hiring a full-time Account Executive for a fully remote position based in Austin, TX, US. In this role, you'll drive sales growth by building strong client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and closing deals that fuel our company's expansion.

What This Role Involves

As an Account Executive at Xplor, you'll own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and discovery through negotiation and close. You'll be part of our merchant sales team, engaging with new and existing clients to understand their business challenges and present solutions that create real value. Working remotely, you'll have the autonomy to manage your pipeline and the support of a collaborative sales team driving collective success.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories or segments, building a robust pipeline of qualified leads.
• Conduct product demonstrations, prepare proposals, and negotiate contracts tailored to client needs and business objectives.
• Manage account relationships proactively, ensuring client satisfaction and identifying opportunities for expansion or upsell.
• Consistently meet or exceed quarterly sales targets and KPIs, tracking progress and communicating results transparently.
• Collaborate with marketing, customer success, and technical teams to ensure seamless onboarding and customer retention.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven enterprise or mid-market sales experience, with a track record of closing deals and exceeding quota.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; comfort with consultative selling and complex sales cycles.
• Proficiency with CRM platforms and sales tools; ability to stay organized and self-directed while working remotely.
• Genuine passion for understanding client needs and delivering solutions that drive measurable business impact.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in sales, business development, or related field.
