Werkstudent:in E-Commerce (w/m/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a fast-growing health and wellness organization based in Berlin. In this working student role, you will take ownership of critical e-commerce operations:

• Continuously optimize the online shopping experience by identifying improvement opportunities and implementing solutions independently, leveraging AI-supported workflows
• Design and build internal AI solutions alongside the team to automate recurring business processes, from initial prototype through to production deployment
• Manage presence on external marketplace platforms, optimizing product presentation and ensuring continuous product availability
• Support inventory planning across all sales channels, proactively identifying potential bottlenecks and handling operational tasks related to shipping and product flow
• Coordinate with logistics and fulfillment partners, proactively following up on commitments and ensuring deliverables are met

What We're Looking For

• Currently enrolled in a relevant degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or comparable)
• Strong analytical skills with a structured, detail-oriented working style
• Pragmatic hands-on mentality: you seek 80/20 solutions and reliably see projects through to completion
• High self-motivation and dependability – you deliver results independently without close supervision
• Team player with strong autonomy: you collaborate well but can also advance projects independently and make decisions on your own
• Comfortable with new tools, systems, and technologies – you quickly learn new software and enjoy creating your own tools using AI
• Excellent German language skills at native level (C2) in writing and speaking – you will create content directly for customers, so stylistically confident, error-free German is essential
• Prior e-commerce experience, knowledge of Shopify or comparable shop systems, marketplace experience (e.g., Amazon), or familiarity with AI tools and automation is a plus but not required
