Senior Organisational Development Practitioner

About the Opportunity

We are representing a confidential technology organization seeking a Senior Organisational Development Practitioner to join their globally distributed Talent Development team. This is a senior, hands-on role focused on coaching leaders to excellence and diagnosing how entire organizations are led. You'll work both from the central team and embedded within leadership organizations, setting the standard for coaching and organizational development practice.

This is a remote position available across EMEA, LATAM, Canada, and the USA.

Responsibilities

You will be accountable for raising the quality of leadership across the organization through direct, hands-on work:

• Coaching leaders to visibly improve their performance against a clear management excellence standard
• Facilitating difficult conversations and turning 360 feedback into real commitments with follow-through
• Diagnosing organizational leadership quality and driving plans to measurably improve it
• Contributing to defining and implementing new ways of working across a distributed, global company
• Developing other practitioners in the field, supervising their growth and raising their craft
• Setting and owning the standard for what exceptional coaching and organizational development looks like
• Feeding field insights back into the company-wide management excellence framework

What We're Looking For

Essential qualifications:

• Deep, hands-on coaching and organizational development practice with real leaders and teams—not just program design
• A track record of measurably changing leader behavior, with specific examples you can discuss
• Executive presence and credibility: able to command respect in a room of directors
• Proven effectiveness operating inside organizations without formal authority
• A clear, honest development philosophy—knowing when coaching helps and when role or fit decisions are needed
• Exceptional academic track record from high school through university
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Willingness to travel up to 4 times per year for internal events

Valuable experience:

• Management consulting background with comfort in ambiguity and diagnostic work
• Coaching across distributed, fast-moving, technical organizations
• Building competency or development frameworks
• Designing and running effective workshops or training sessions (in-person and online)
• Learning design judgment for development materials
