About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential digital marketing agency in the Mannheim area that specializes in building personal brands and content strategies for high-profile entrepreneurs and thought leaders across the DACH region. Our client has generated over 250 million views and worked with more than 100 personal brands, and they need an experienced Account Manager to join their growing team.
This is a full-time, on-site position based in Mannheim. You must be located in or around Mannheim or willing to relocate.
Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with high-profile entrepreneurs and personal brands in the DACH market
- Onboard new clients and ensure smooth project launches
- Maintain and develop existing client accounts through regular communication
- Conduct check-in calls and coordinate closely with clients on their needs
- Respond to support requests and chat inquiries promptly and professionally
- Collaborate directly with senior leadership and top-tier clients
What We're Looking For
- Experience in social media and content creation (agency or freelance background strongly preferred)
- Proven track record in direct client management and relationship building
- Strong copywriting skills and deep understanding of social media content
- Highly organized, reliable, punctual, ambitious, and disciplined work style
- Must be based in or around Mannheim or willing to relocate (this is a full-time, in-person role)
- Fluency in German required
