About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential non-profit organization based in Stuttgart that is seeking an HR intern to join their team from mid-October onward. Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is supporting their search for a motivated individual who wants hands-on experience in human resources within the social impact sector.

This internship offers practical exposure to recruiting, personnel management, and organizational processes. You'll work closely with a collaborative team and gain valuable insights into HR operations at a mission-driven organization.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruiting cycle including reviewing applications, organizing interviews, and conducting candidate feedback sessions
• Create, publish, and continuously optimize job advertisements as part of employer branding efforts
• Support the complete employee lifecycle for interns and volunteers, from onboarding through offboarding
• Serve as an internal communication point of contact for all HR-related topics
• Maintain accurate and organized contact and personnel data

What We're Looking For

• Interest in or current studies in human resources or a related field
• Strong organizational skills, discretion, initiative, and a high sense of responsibility
• Open and communicative personality with excellent interpersonal skills
• Very good proficiency in MS Office
• Fluent German and strong English language skills
• Motivation, self-initiative, and team spirit
• Enthusiasm for supporting the work of a social-impact organization

Working Arrangements

• Location: Stuttgart with partial remote work options available
• Start date: Mid-October or later
• Travel cost subsidy of up to €63 per month provided
