Senior Graphic and UI Designer

About This Opportunity

We are representing a leading global digital media organization seeking a Senior Graphic and UI Designer to join their creative team remotely from London. Our client operates at the intersection of institutional finance and emerging technology, publishing content in multiple languages and partnering with major industry events worldwide.

This role offers a unique blend of creative freedom and strategic impact. You'll split your time between high-concept visual design (60%) and digital UI work (40%), creating everything from editorial covers and marketing campaigns to landing pages and interface components. Your work will reach millions of users and shape how a globally recognized brand communicates complex ideas through compelling visual storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Lead the evolution of the brand's visual identity across digital products, editorial content, marketing materials, and sales collateral
• Create concept-driven editorial covers, social media assets, one-pagers, banners, reports, infographics, and presentations that transform complex ideas into engaging visual narratives
• Design website pages, landing pages, UI components, and web sections in collaboration with the Lead UX Designer
• Develop and present creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and special projects from initial concept through final execution
• Maintain visual consistency and high-quality brand application across all company touchpoints
• Leverage AI-powered design tools to accelerate creative workflows and explore innovative visual approaches
• Identify opportunities to improve design quality, team workflows, and overall brand impact

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• At least 3 years of experience in graphic and digital design for web-first or media companies
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both high-end visual branding work and implemented web/UI projects, including landing pages, websites, responsive layouts, and interface components
• High proficiency in Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and AI-powered design tools such as Midjourney or similar platforms
• Exceptional skills in typography, composition, color theory, visual hierarchy, and concept development
• Ability to independently transform complex ideas into visually engaging and effective designs
• Confident communication skills with cross-functional teams and clear presentation of design decisions
• Fluency in English

Preferred experience:

• Work with well-known consumer or technology brands
• Formal education in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field
• Experience with fintech, finance, or media products
