We are representing a confidential technology organization in the EMEA region seeking a Graduate Talent Scientist to join their remote team. Our client is committed to objective, data-driven talent selection processes that identify world-class candidates globally.

This is an exceptional entry-level opportunity for a recent psychology graduate with strong analytical skills and a passion for the science of talent assessment. You'll work closely with senior stakeholders to implement evidence-based hiring strategies while developing expertise in behavioral science, psychometrics, and talent analytics.

Responsibilities

• Learn and apply behavioral interview techniques to candidate assessments
• Develop expertise in workplace psychometrics and talent evaluation methodologies
• Drive process and documentation improvements that enhance hiring practices
• Contribute to analytics projects that integrate data from multiple sources to generate insights on hiring outcomes
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders to design solutions for complex talent challenges
• Master internal systems and platforms to provide expert support on hiring questions
• Provide frontline support for talent-related queries, resolving issues through deep process knowledge
• Travel internationally 2-4 times annually for team meetings and company events

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Exceptional academic record from high school through university
• Undergraduate degree in psychology or related people-focused discipline
• Advanced analytical skills with proven ability to work with SQL for data analysis
• Exposure to talent topics through degree coursework, internship, or first role
• Demonstrated passion for working in the technology sector
• Results-oriented approach with strong project management capabilities
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong presentation skills
• Self-motivated with drive and curiosity to advance the talent science field
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment

Advantageous:

• Python programming skills or advanced statistical analysis experience
• Knowledge of psychometric theory
• Understanding of intrinsic motivation frameworks
