Outbound Sales Specialist

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential real estate development client in their search for an Outbound Sales Specialist based in South Africa. This is a full-time, fully remote position working Central Standard Time hours.

Our client is expanding their land acquisition operations and needs a high-energy professional who excels at cold outreach and relationship building. You'll be the first point of contact for property owners, qualifying leads and creating opportunities for the acquisitions team. This role offers genuine progression potential within a growing organization.

Responsibilities

• Execute high-volume outbound cold calling campaigns to property owners in the United States
• Qualify leads based on seller motivation, property details, and pricing expectations
• Manage and update lead status within the CRM system to maintain a clean sales pipeline
• Overcome objections and navigate complex conversations to secure seller interest
• Collaborate with the acquisitions team to hand over qualified opportunities
• Meet and exceed daily and weekly outreach targets to support growth objectives

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Must be based in South Africa
• 1–2+ years of proven experience in outbound cold calling or sales development
• Exceptional English communication skills with a clear, professional accent
• Availability to work Central Standard Time (CST) hours
• Proven ability to handle rejection and maintain high energy throughout the day
• Strong independent work ethic with ability to manage your own workload remotely

Preferred:

• Previous experience in real estate (land, residential, or commercial)
• Familiarity with CRM tools such as Close.io, Salesforce, or HubSpot
• Previous experience working with US-based customers or companies
