We are representing a confidential digital solutions organization seeking a Human Resources Team Lead based in India. Our client is looking for a passionate leader who can drive HR excellence and build a people-first culture within their growing team.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor the HR team with passion and adherence to core organizational values
- Design and implement talent acquisition strategies and career development plans
- Maintain employer branding initiatives and safety protocols

- Proficiency in HR analytics, statistics, and reporting
- Deep knowledge of core HR functions including talent management and employer branding
- Ability to build and strengthen organizational culture
