About This Opportunity

Our talent team at Get A Job.ai is representing a confidential technology marketplace in their search for a Finance Manager. This role offers the opportunity to build and strengthen financial operations for a rapidly scaling global business. You'll own day-to-day financial accuracy, oversee a remote accounting specialist, and partner directly with executive leadership to establish controls and reporting frameworks that support continued growth.

This position is remote within the United States and requires PST alignment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate records of company expenses, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
• Support preparation, review, and analysis of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts
• Coordinate procurement, vendor management, and administrative expenses
• Prepare management reports on cost efficiency, budget adherence, and operational performance
• Support compliance with tax, audit, and internal policy requirements
• Partner with executive leadership to develop and improve financial controls and reporting frameworks
• Manage and issue equity to stakeholders on a quarterly basis
• Oversee and review the work of a Manila-based Finance and Accounting Specialist, ensuring accuracy across invoices, payables, receivables, and expense records
• Review and approve financial transactions, ensuring proper coding and routing
• Contribute to continuous improvement projects in financial operations
• Provide additional finance and administrative support as needed

What We're Looking For

• At least 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or financial operations
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management skills
• Experience reviewing or overseeing the work of others in a finance or accounting context
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—you'll collaborate daily with a remote team and need to be direct and organized
• Proactive, ownership-driven attitude with a "let's get it done" mindset
• Fluency in written and spoken English
• Must be based in the United States with PST alignment

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: $70,000 - $85,000 base salary plus equity. Benefits include health insurance, paid time off, and company equity.
