We are representing a confidential blockchain organization seeking a Regional Marketing Specialist based in the Philippines. Our client is a leading platform in the digital assets space, serving millions of users globally. This role offers the opportunity to shape marketing strategy and community engagement in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

Responsibilities

• Execute integrated marketing campaigns from strategy and briefing through implementation and performance measurement
• Develop and test new content, channels, creative approaches, and optimization strategies to drive acquisition growth
• Structure, manage, and grow communities across local social media channels, increasing reach, engagement, and conversion
• Moderate local forums, social platforms, and chat groups to foster positive community interaction
• Identify and manage partnerships with key opinion leaders and affiliates to expand community reach
• Design and implement incentive programs to drive engagement with existing and potential networks
• Coordinate cross-departmental collaboration for business development, marketing initiatives, lead collection, and market research
• Plan and execute online and offline events, from concept through delivery
• Manage budgets, vendor relationships, invoicing, and program finances for events and marketing initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience launching and managing community initiatives such as online forums, ambassador programs, event series, email newsletters, and social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, and Telegram
• 1+ year of experience managing online and offline events
• Proven track record engaging communities via Telegram or similar messaging platforms
• Strong understanding of cryptocurrency terminology and industry trends
• Fluency in English required for coordination with international stakeholders; additional languages a plus
• Demonstrated community management experience with strong ownership and emotional intelligence
• Passion for working in startup or fast-growth environments
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to multitask and manage time effectively
• Flexibility to work extended hours to engage with the global crypto community
