Business Analyst – Customer Platform

We are representing a fast-growing SaaS organization based in India that is building innovative financial planning technology. Our talent team is searching for a Business Analyst - Customer Platform to join their remote-first environment and work directly with enterprise customers.

This is an excellent opportunity for an analytical professional who enjoys customer-facing work, complex data challenges, and the chance to shape how businesses make strategic decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop deep understanding of various SaaS business models and map them to specific customer implementations
• Work directly with customers to build their operating and financial plans using industry best practices
• Own the customer onboarding process, including understanding how customer data is distributed across systems and managing data pipelines to consolidate information
• Write complex SQL queries to manipulate and consolidate multiple data sources for dashboarding and analytical purposes
• Identify and map key KPIs that drive customer business performance, linking metrics to underlying data sources
• Generate actionable insights on how KPIs impact company progress and business outcomes
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer data-related questions and issues
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a trusted advisor
• Contribute to shaping company culture and product direction as an early team member

What We're Looking For

• Strong analytical skills with a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving
• Solid knowledge of SQL and relational databases
• Experience manipulating and analyzing data from multiple sources
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
