Customer Trainer

Intuitive is seeking a Customer Trainer to join our team in Sunnyvale, CA. This full-time position focuses on delivering expert instruction and empowering customers to succeed with our products and services.

About the Role

As a Customer Trainer at Intuitive in Sunnyvale, CA, you'll be responsible for educating customers on product functionality, implementation best practices, and optimal use strategies. This role combines curriculum design, live instruction delivery, and ongoing learner support to ensure customers gain proficiency and achieve their objectives. You'll partner with customers and cross-functional teams to identify training needs and design targeted educational solutions that drive customer success.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deliver comprehensive training programs tailored to customer skill levels and business objectives
• Conduct live and virtual training sessions, workshops, demonstrations, and webinars for customer audiences
• Create training materials, user guides, documentation, and educational resources that support independent learning
• Assess participant knowledge and skill development; provide feedback to reinforce learning outcomes
• Collaborate with product, customer support, and sales teams to ensure training content aligns with customer needs and product capabilities
• Evaluate training effectiveness through participant feedback and learning metrics; recommend improvements
• Respond to customer training questions and provide guidance on product features, configuration, and implementation

What You Bring

• Proven professional experience in customer training, instructional design, technical training, or a closely related field
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities; skill at explaining complex concepts in clear, accessible language
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in curriculum development and delivery
• Ability to engage diverse audiences and adapt teaching methods to different learning styles and backgrounds
• Experience with training tools, learning management systems (LMS), video conferencing platforms, or similar technologies
• Problem-solving orientation and genuine commitment to customer success and satisfaction
• Bachelor's degree in education, training, business, technical fields, or equivalent professional experience
