Workday HCM Consultant (Global Delivery Center)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a global technology consulting organization seeking a Workday HCM Consultant to join their delivery team in the Philippines. Our client works with enterprise customers across multiple industries to optimize their human capital management systems and processes.

In this role, you will serve as a subject matter expert throughout the full project lifecycle—from initial implementations through post-production support. You'll work directly with clients to analyze complex business requirements, design solutions, and deploy Workday HCM capabilities that drive meaningful business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise on Workday HCM best practices and configuration standards
• Lead client sessions to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical solutions
• Design and implement Workday solutions for both new deployments and existing production environments
• Identify implementation strategies, assess risks, and recommend approaches for meeting customer requirements
• Stay current on Workday core functionality, product updates, and roadmap developments
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing across the practice
• Manage client expectations through clear communication and effective stakeholder management

What We're Looking For

• Active Workday HCM certification (required)
• Proven experience supporting Workday implementations or post-production environments
• Additional Workday certifications or hands-on experience in modules such as PATT, Compensation, Benefits, Recruiting, Talent and Performance, or Reporting/Prism (highly desired)
• Demonstrated experience gathering requirements, designing, prototyping, testing, and deploying Workday solutions
• Strong customer service orientation with a passion for client success
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage effectively with technical and business stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, HRIS, Business, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
