Senior Marketing Manager, France, Benelux & EMEA

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential travel-tech company seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to drive growth across France, Benelux, and EMEA markets. In this remote role, you will partner with senior marketing leadership to develop and execute strategic marketing programs that deliver measurable business results.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building deep consumer insights for French and Benelux markets by interpreting research and competitive intelligence to inform local and global strategy
• Developing integrated growth plans for customers in each market, collaborating across functions to build roadmaps that address regional priorities
• Leading local campaign opportunities and execution for seasonal moments and market-specific initiatives in France
• Collaborating with communications, public affairs, and legal teams to create integrated marketing tactics with coordinated approvals and timelines
• Localizing global campaigns for France and Benelux markets, working with copywriters and localization teams while articulating regional nuances
• Shaping the local channel mix across TV, out-of-home, digital, social, and audio in partnership with media teams and agencies
• Managing external agency relationships, ensuring optimal resourcing, timely briefings, contracts, and deep brand understanding
• Partnering with stakeholders to develop EMEA marketing strategy that balances global alignment with regional opportunities
• Overseeing key growth projects including display ads, SEM, email campaigns, and affiliate partnerships
• Defining success metrics, setting campaign KPIs, tracking brand health, and translating performance analysis into actionable recommendations

What We're Looking For

• 8+ years in marketing roles, preferably with experience at a fast-paced startup or technology company
• Experience working across France, Benelux, and ideally other EMEA markets
• Creative and analytical thinking with proven ability to champion world-class marketing programs that deliver results
• Integrated marketing mindset with experience amplifying campaigns across paid, owned, and earned channels
• Solid business acumen to understand key business and consumer levers that unlock growth
• Experience managing agencies and leading cross-functional programs across multinational teams, with influence rather than direct authority
• Strong knowledge of finance and accounting; ability to manage budgets including forecasting and accruals
• Willingness to travel internationally when required
• Track record of leading teams, measuring ROI, and accountability for results
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment
• Outstanding communication and presentation skills; able to articulate vision, strategy, and ideas clearly
• Ability to work at both strategic and tactical levels
• Fluent in French and English (written and verbal)
• Appreciation for design and consumer experience
