Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status and develop individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team
- Administer medications, treatments, and medical procedures following established protocols and clinical standards
- Monitor patient vital signs, response to treatment, and overall clinical progress throughout shifts
- Provide patient and family education regarding health conditions, medications, and discharge instructions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in patient medical records
- Communicate effectively with physicians, specialists, and interdisciplinary team members to coordinate care
- Ensure patient safety and maintain a clean, organized, and compliant work environment
Who We're Looking For
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing from the Oklahoma Board of Nursing
- Commitment to evidence-based nursing practice and patient-centered care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to manage multiple patients and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Dedication to professional development and continuous learning
