Commercial Superintendent

Jobot, an established construction contractor based in West Palm Beach, Palm Beach County, is hiring a full-time Commercial Superintendent to oversee project delivery and lead construction operations.

The Opportunity

Join a respected commercial construction firm as a Commercial Superintendent and take ownership of project success from groundbreaking through completion. This full-time position offers the opportunity to manage complex construction projects while working directly with clients, subcontractors, and your construction team in West Palm Beach and surrounding Palm Beach County. You'll earn a competitive salary of $100,000 to $130,000 per year and become a key leadership presence on active job sites.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day construction operations and project scheduling to ensure timely, on-budget delivery
• Supervise subcontractors, trades, and construction crews to maintain quality standards and safety compliance
• Conduct regular site inspections and quality reviews to verify work meets specifications
• Coordinate material procurement, equipment logistics, and labor scheduling across active projects
• Monitor project budgets, track expenses, and identify cost-saving opportunities
• Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and communication with clients and project stakeholders
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure OSHA compliance across all job sites

Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Commercial Superintendent or similar construction management role
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction practices, methods, and materials
• Excellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to manage diverse teams
• Proficiency in project management, scheduling, and budgeting
• Familiarity with construction software and reporting tools
• Current or ability to obtain required certifications or licenses as applicable
• Problem-solving mindset and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
