About the Role
This is a full-time position for a Senior Attorney who will manage complex product liability cases and provide strategic legal counsel to our clients. You'll work with a collaborative legal team in a fast-paced environment where your expertise directly impacts client outcomes.
What You'll Do
- Defend and manage product liability litigation matters from inception through resolution
- Conduct legal research and analysis on product defect claims and liability theories
- Prepare and file motions, briefs, and other legal documentation
- Manage discovery processes, depositions, and expert coordination
- Counsel clients on risk assessment and litigation strategy
- Represent clients in settlement negotiations and trial proceedings
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and professional counsel
What We're Looking For
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Texas
- Extensive experience in product liability litigation
- Proven track record managing complex cases and high-stakes litigation
- Exceptional legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
- Strong oral advocacy and client management skills
- Knowledge of product liability law, defect theories, and litigation trends
Compensation and Benefits
This position offers competitive compensation of $155,000 to $190,000 annually, plus bonuses based on performance. We also provide a comprehensive benefits package including 401(k) retirement planning and additional benefits to support your career and well-being.
