About the Role
We're seeking a skilled attorney to strengthen our litigation team through critical legal research, writing, and case analysis. In this Briefing and Research Attorney position, you'll provide the legal foundation that drives case strategy for clients injured in motor vehicle accidents, trucking collisions, and workplace incidents across Texas and beyond.
What You'll Do
- Conduct in-depth legal research on complex civil litigation matters
- Draft persuasive briefs, motions, memoranda, and pleadings
- Analyze discovery materials and prepare detailed case summaries
- Develop supporting arguments and legal frameworks for litigation strategy
- Assist with trial preparation and evidence organization
- Monitor changes in relevant Texas and federal law affecting active cases
- Collaborate with attorneys to refine case theories and settlement valuations
What We're Looking For
- Active Texas bar license and Juris Doctor degree required
- Demonstrated plaintiff-side litigation experience
- Superior legal research, writing, and analytical capabilities
- Thorough knowledge of Texas civil procedure and discovery processes
