Labor and Employment Attorney

Jobot is recruiting an experienced Labor and Employment Attorney to join a prominent San Diego law firm with more than 200 attorneys. This full-time opportunity in San Diego County offers competitive compensation and a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled employment law attorney to handle substantive matters for clients throughout the region. You will develop a diverse practice in labor and employment law while contributing to our firm's continued growth.

What You'll Do

• Advise clients on employment law compliance, workplace policies, and regulatory obligations
• Handle labor and employment litigation matters from investigation through resolution
• Draft employment agreements, handbooks, and policies for corporate clients
• Represent clients before administrative agencies and in proceedings
• Provide employment law counseling on employee relations and workplace matters
• Build and maintain client relationships within the region
• Collaborate with colleagues across the firm on complex legal matters

What We're Looking For

• Juris Doctor degree and active California bar admission
• Meaningful experience in labor and employment law practice
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical abilities
• Excellent interpersonal and client communication skills
• Proven ability to manage multiple matters and priorities
• Professional judgment and attention to detail
