Regional Growth Executive – Government & Infrastructure

Jobot seeks a Regional Growth Executive for Government & Infrastructure based in Chicago, Cook County. About the Role

This full-time position offers an opportunity to drive strategic growth and market expansion in the government and infrastructure sectors. You'll leverage your executive experience and deep sector knowledge to identify new opportunities, build partnerships, and scale business operations focused on transportation, resilience, disaster recovery, and public infrastructure initiatives.

What You'll Do

• Develop and execute regional growth strategies for government and infrastructure markets
• Build and nurture relationships with government agencies, public sector officials, and infrastructure stakeholders
• Identify market opportunities in transportation, disaster recovery, resilience, and public infrastructure sectors
• Lead business development initiatives and drive revenue growth
• Represent the organization at key industry meetings and government forums
• Navigate complex public sector procurement and decision-making processes
• Partner with internal teams to deliver solutions that address government and infrastructure sector needs

What We're Looking For

• Proven executive experience in government affairs, public sector business development, or infrastructure industries
• Strong established relationships and credibility within government and infrastructure communities
• Deep understanding of public infrastructure challenges, policy landscape, and procurement processes
• Track record of building and scaling business in complex, regulated environments
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Strategic mindset with ability to identify and capitalize on growth opportunities
• Experience in transportation, resilience, disaster recovery, or related infrastructure sectors a plus

Compensation

This position offers a competitive salary of $370,000 to $470,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
