Key Responsibilities

• Represent insurance carriers and policyholders in coverage disputes and complex litigation proceedings
• Defend clients in bad faith claims and policy interpretation matters from inception through trial
• Research insurance law, draft pleadings, motions, discovery responses, and settlement documentation
• Conduct depositions and manage all phases of discovery in personal injury defense cases
• Develop persuasive case strategy for high-stakes plaintiff injury litigation
• Maintain regular attorney-client communication and provide strategic counsel to insureds
• Collaborate with local courts, opposing counsel, and claims professionals to achieve favorable outcomes

What You Bring

• Active New Jersey law license in good standing
• Proven experience in insurance defense, coverage counsel, or related commercial litigation
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills
